CSR in Action
Supporting individuals with disabilities
At Anchor Consumer Products, we take pride in supporting Navchetana Andhjan Mandal, Kutch — an inspiring organization devoted to empowering individuals who are visually impaired. Our association with this cause reflects a legacy of compassion and responsibility, inspired by the late Shri Damjibhai Anchorwala, who served as a trustee and championed initiatives for the visually impaired. Through this continued partnership, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a more inclusive and supportive community. At Anchor Consumer Products, we believe our people are the foundation of our success. We offer an environment that encourages innovation, growth, and collaboration — where every idea matters and every contribution counts.

Extending Care to Those in Need
Guided by a deep sense of social responsibility, late Shri Damjibhai Anchorwala played a pivotal role in establishing the Anchorwala ICU Unit at Bhakti Vedanta Hospital, Mira Road. This critical care facility has since served hundreds of economically disadvantaged patients, offering life-saving medical support and embodying our commitment to community well-being and compassionate healthcare.
Championing Animal Welfare
At the heart of our commitment to compassion stands Anchorwala Ahinsadham - a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital and shelter home, recognized as one of India’s finest facilities for the care of sick, injured, and abandoned animals. Established in 1990 and inaugurated in 1995, Ahinsadham (also known as Bhagwan Mahavir Pashu Raksha Kendra) reflects the enduring vision of promoting kindness and non-violence towards all living beings.
Today, the center provides medical treatment to over 3,700 birds and animals, offers safe shelter to more than 6,000 abandoned animals, and conducts over 300 surgeries every month. Its fully equipped ICU cares for nearly 100 animals at any given time, ensuring access to advanced treatment and rehabilitation.
To ensure sustainable care, the trust manages a 600-acre property dedicated to cultivating herbs, grasses, and plants used as feed, along with maintaining Nandi Sarovar, a 35-acre lake that sustains not only the residents of Ahinsadham but also supports animals from surrounding villages.
This remarkable initiative has earned numerous recognitions, including:
- the Best Animal Welfare Organization Award by the Government of Gujarat,
- the Mahavir Jeevdaya Award from former Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi,
- and the Swarnim Gujarat Award.
It has also been appointed as an inspecting agency by:
- the Animal Welfare Board of India,
- and lauded by All India Human Rights for transparency, efficiency, and impactful use of donations.
At Anchor Consumer Products, we are proud to support this noble mission that embodies compassion, care, and our deep respect for all forms of life.
